Curriculum
Grade 3 marks a transition into more structured learning and prepares students for higher cognitive tasks.
- Language Development:
- English: Reading comprehension, sentence writing, introduction to creative writing, and basic grammar (tenses, adjectives).
- Hindi/Regional Language: Simple story writing, vocabulary, and comprehension exercises.
- Mathematics: Advanced addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, introduction to fractions, and basic geometry (shapes and symmetry).
- Environmental Studies (EVS): Study of the human body, simple machines, weather, and environment.
- Arts & Crafts: Painting, drawing, and introduction to art history.
- Physical Education: Enhancing coordination and motor skills through outdoor games and physical challenges.
- Moral Science: Understanding right and wrong, empathy, and values like honesty and cooperation.
